Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

United Kingdom 🇬🇧

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail or DPD): 3–6 business days – €9.95

Standard Delivery (Tracked Post): 5–10 business days – €14.95
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g. postal delays, customs clearance).
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders (outside Ireland) may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays & Lost Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us at mauralynn-gifting@outlook.com and we’ll investigate.

Lost or undelivered parcels will be replaced or refunded in line with our Refund Policy.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
